Who is eligible for complimentary airport transfers?

VIP users who have successfully verified as Accredited Investors (AI) are entitled to complimentary airport transfers. Your annual entitlement is determined by your VIP tier at the time of booking.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Bookings must be made at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup time.

How do I book, modify, or cancel a ride?

Please contact your Relationship Manager via your VIP Concierge chat to make, modify, or cancel a booking.

All booking requests, modifications, and cancellations must be submitted at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup time.

How will I receive my booking confirmation?

You will receive updates via WhatsApp/SMS and email at key stages of the booking process, including:

  • Booking confirmation

  • Driver allocation

  • Booking modification or cancellation (if applicable)

  • Pickup notification

Can I make changes to my booking?

Yes. You may modify your booking provided the request is submitted at least 2 business days before the scheduled pickup time.

Simply inform your Relationship Manager of the changes you would like to make.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, provided you submit your cancellation request at least 2 business days before the scheduled pickup time.

Please note that cancellations within 2 business days of the scheduled pickup time are not permitted.

Does a cancelled ride count towards my annual entitlement?

No. Cancellations made at least 2 business days before the scheduled pickup time will not count towards your annual entitlement.

If a cancellation request is submitted later than this, the ride will count as used.

Will my ride entitlement increase when I attain a higher VIP tier?

Yes. Your entitlement is determined by your VIP tier at the time of booking.

For example, if you begin the year as VIP 1 and use your 2 complimentary rides, then subsequently qualify for VIP 2, you will be entitled to an additional 2 rides, provided you maintain VIP 2 status.

When does my ride entitlement reset?

Complimentary ride entitlements are allocated on a calendar-year basis (1 January – 31 December) and reset on 1 January each year.

How can I check my remaining ride entitlement?

Please contact your Relationship Manager via your VIP Concierge chat to check your current eligibility and remaining ride entitlement for the year.
